Apple Celery Spinach Juice

A green juice sounded good this morning but instead of my usual carrot celery lemon juice or kale carrot apple and ginger juice, I decided to try something new. I had made an apple cucumber mint juice the other week that was amazing. I decided to make a green juice again with that delicious apple. What I came up with was an apple celery spinach juice. The tastes of the celery and spinach are mostly masked by the stronger flavor of the apple. It’s a super refreshing drink that boasts good amounts of 4 different vitamins and 13 different minerals!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 apple
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 handful of spinach

Ingredients for Apple Celery Spinach Juice

Thoroughly wash your apple, celery and spinach. Once washed, cut your apple into small chunks and cut your celery stalks into smaller pieces as well.

I started by putting half of my spinach in the juicer and following that with some apple chunks and some celery to help push the spinach through the juicer. I then repeated this with the second half of the spinach leaves I had left over using the rest of the apple chunks and celery to push it all through.

Once juiced, pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
