This green juice is made with spinach, cucumber, parsley, celery and lime. This juice tastes very clean and is full of raw, good energy. Additionally, this juice will provide you with good amounts of 4 vitamins and 13 minerals.
The cucumber helps to make this green juice taste a little milder, as parsley can be quite strong tasting. The main flavors you will taste are the celery and the lime. I think the lime really makes this a refreshing green juice.

Spinach Cucumber Parsley Celery Lime Juice Recipe
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/4 of an english cucumber
- 1 small handful of parsley (about 1 cup)
- 4 celery stalks
- 1/2 lime
Start by thoroughly washing your spinach, cucumber, parsley, celery and the rind of your lime.
Then cut your cucumber into smaller pieces that you will be able to easily put through your juicer. Do the same thing for the celery.
I started by putting the spinach in, followed by the cucumber, then the parsley and lime followed by the celery. You could also alternate putting through the things that are harder to juice, such as the spinach and parsley, with things that are easier for your juicer to process (like the cucumber, celery and lime).
Note: I juiced the rind of my lime because it was organic and my juicer was able to process it. You can cut off the rind if you don’t want to juice it, but try to leave on as much of the white membrane as possible so as to get the most nutritional value from the lime.
Once you’ve juiced all of the spinach, cucumber, parsley, celery and lime, your green juice will be ready to enjoy!
This green juice will provide you with 80 calories. It will also give you 17 grams of your total carbohydrates, 7 grams being dietary fiber and 1 gram being sugar. You’ll also receive over 1,000 milligrams of potassium and 5 grams of protein.
In terms of vitamins, you’ll receive 14% of your daily vitamin E, 17% of your daily vitamin B-6, over 200% of your daily vitamin C, and over 200% of your daily vitamin A.
