So looking in the fridge today, I see there’s some celery in there… I really wasn’t in the mood to just wash it and eat it, so I decided to try juicing it.

This was my first time juicing celery so I paired with carrots and lemon, both of which I like in juices. The result was a light, refreshing, and healthy juice.

The flavor from the lemon was especially nice in pulling together all these flavors and providing a healthy juice that tastes good too.

This detoxifying juice is low in calories, high in potassium, vitamin A and C rich, and contains a variety of minerals!

Carrot Celery Lemon Juice Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1/2 lemon

Start by washing your carrots and celery. Then cut into smaller pieces and set aside to juice. Cut half a lemon for this juice. Using a knife, gently remove the rind of the lemon and discard.

Now it’s time to juice. Place you carrots, celery and lemon in your juicer. Once juiced, you will be left with one cup of this delicious, slightly tart juice to enjoy.
