Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 5 celery stalks
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 lemon

Start by washing your ingredients thoroughly. Make sure all dirt and grit is rinsed off the celery stalks. Also make sure to wash the apple and the lemon well.

Ingredients for Apple Celery Lemon Juice

Once all of your ingredients are washed, cut your lemon in half and remove the outer rind leaving as much of the white as you can intact. Then cut your apple into smaller pieces that will easily fit into your juicer. Finally, cut your celery into smaller pieces.

I started by putting my lemon into the juicer and followed with alternating apple and celery pieces to help push through all the lemon. I alternated the apple and celery to help the juice start to mix and to let the flavors of the apple and celery really mix while I was still juicing. I continued alternating the apple and celery pieces until everything had been juiced.

Then you’re ready to enjoy your apple celery lemon juice! Simply pour into a glass and serve immediately.
