Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 8 carrots

Simply wash your carrots, cut off the ends and place in the juicer.

Then take your grapefruit and use a knife to carefully remove the outer rind. Be sure to leave on as much white as possible so as not to cut into the fruit and lose any juice.

Then cut the grapefruit in half, or smaller if necessary, and place in your juicer.
