Spinach & Berry juice

A couple months ago I posted a recipe for a spinach and berry smoothie so I thought why not make a juice with similar ingredients?

The juice that resulted from this experiment goes on my list for top three juices. It was exceptionally good.

If you love fruit but need to get that green into your diet, regardless of whether it is spinach or kale or romaine, try this juicing recipe. You will not be disappointed!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1 apple

Simply wash all of your ingredients well and then put into your juicer. I alternated the spinach leaves with the berries and apple chunks so that the juicer would have an easier time processing the spinach and wouldn’t clump in my juicer.
